Using this website

The information on this website is provided in good faith and is correct to the best of our knowledge. Menus, prices, opening hours and room details may change without notice — please telephone us to confirm anything you are relying on.

Enquiries and bookings

Sending an enquiry through this website does not create a booking. A table or room is only reserved once we have confirmed it with you directly, by email or telephone.

We reserve the right to decline an enquiry or booking, including where a party size, date or requirement cannot be accommodated.

Accommodation

Rooms are available from 3pm on the day of arrival, and must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure unless otherwise agreed.

A minimum stay of two nights applies at weekends between May and September, and during Cowes Week. Midweek stays are a minimum of one night, year round.

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before arrival are free of charge. Cancellations within 48 hours are charged at the rate of the first night.

Food, drink and allergens

Our kitchen handles nuts, gluten, dairy, eggs, fish and shellfish. If you have an allergy or intolerance, please tell us before you order so we can advise you properly. We cannot guarantee that any dish is entirely free from traces of an allergen.

Dogs

Well-behaved dogs are welcome in the bar and in designated rooms. Please let us know when booking if you are bringing a dog.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

We are not responsible for loss or damage to vehicles, boats or personal property left on the premises, except where caused by our negligence.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
