When you send an enquiry through this website we collect the details you give us: your name, email address, telephone number, the nature of your enquiry, your preferred date and time, party size and any message you write.

We do not collect payment card details through this website, and we never ask for passwords, bank details or identity documents.

We use your details solely to respond to your enquiry and to manage a booking or reservation you have asked us to make. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have specifically asked us to.

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to twelve months so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us. Booking records are kept for as long as we are required to for accounting and tax purposes.

Our website and enquiry handling are provided by Landingsite, which stores submissions securely on our behalf and sends us an email notification when a form is completed. We do not share your details with any other third party except where we are legally obliged to.
